根据当前疫情形式,学生居家线上学习将会继续持续一段时间。考虑到高中阶段学生心智不够成熟,学生可能会产生较大的心理压力。为进一步指导学生科学、有效居家学习和生活,增强自主学习、自我规划的意识和能力,促进学生健康成长和全面发展。北京丽泽国际学校在线上教学期间开始实行导师制,增加师生沟通的频率与深度,及时发现学生居家生活学习和思想的问题,及时给予指导。

导师制最大特点是师生关系密切,老师与学生之间建立民主平等的关系,让每个学生都能得到关爱。导师不仅要指导学生的学习,还要指导学生的生活,并进行德育教育,以更好地贯彻全员育人、全过程育人、全方位育人的现代教育理念。导师制的实施帮助师生之间建立了一种"导学"关系,针对学生的个性差异,因材施教,指导学生的思想、学习与生活。
The greatest feature of the "Mentor" system is the close relationship between teachers and students which is democratic and equal, so that every student can be loved fairly. 导师制从开始实施到现在,在老师和学生间收获了一致好评。高三AP班的赵沁欣老师表示,自己通过和学生聊天来关注学生的身体、心理健康状况,也能帮助他们解决一些比如升学方面的问题。从一开始的拘谨到放松,尴尬寂静到欢声笑语。聊天的内容也从表浅的问题逐渐深入,和学生的感情也越来越好,越来越受到学生信任。
